Shipping policy
What is La Muse’s Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver products purchased from La Muse in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For standard shipping, products shall take 3-10 business days to get delivered depending on the delivery location.
If the order is cancelled by the customer before being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Customer needs to provide their bank account details for any refunds. The refund will be transferred in the bank account.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Manufacturing:
Our products are made in different countries including but not limited to India, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia.
Warranty:
There is no warranty on any of our products
Fair Usage Policy –
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect COD convenience charges (depending on the order value) and disable cash on delivery option for accounts that have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
Customer will be asked to pay a confirmation amount in any of the below cases. This is to ensure that the order is not rejected at the time of delivery. After paying the confirmation amount, customer can pay the balance amount as COD.
1. If order amount is greater than Rs. 20,000
2. If any address is found to be in our high rejection area
3. If the customer has history of rejecting orders at the time of delivery
4. If the address is found suspicious
Failure to pay the confirmation within 12-24 hours will lead to cancellation of order.
Note:
1. Confirmation amount to be paid is Rs. 5000 or 15% of order value whichever is higher in value.
2. Confirmation amount paid is non-refundable if the customer rejects the order at the time of delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please log in to your account and tap on the “Order History” section under your Account page of Website/M-site. Click on the view order of the specific order you want to track. Then on the next page click on track order to check the exact order status.

How are orders placed on La Muse delivered to me?
All orders placed on La Muse are dispatched through other courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Amazon Shipping etc.
I have received a partial item/partial order or an untenanted/void packet?
Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
- Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
- You may be required to provide information like a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario), images of the item, packet and other boxes (If any)
- The refund for all orders will be processed after the investigation is completed, once we receive the return safely and it clears our quality inspection.
- You must not dispose of the packaging till the return process is completed.
You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
- Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
- Failure to provide images of the item, packet and box(if any)
- If the item for which claim was raised is in used condition
- If the item fails the quality inspection at our end
- If the item is found damaged after receipt of the return
