Return policy for Website:
Our return policy is flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
- If you identify major quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product. Kindly note that minor imperfections in the product arising out of manufacturing processes or otherwise are not construed as defects or quality issues.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after deducting Reverse Logistics charges. Return shipping charges are equivalent to 10% of MRP for products that are above INR 5,000 and for products with MRP below INR 5,000, return shipping charges stand at INR 500.
1. Refund will be provided only after we receive the product and the product clears the inspection by our quality team.
2. If the product fails the quality inspection or is received in damaged condition, no refund will be processed.
3. No return or exchange applicable on items sent as replacement.
Return policy for Offline Store:
Products sold at the store are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Our return policy is applicable within 2 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
- For any returns or exchanges, the customer needs to raise a return request on either firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on +91 7893343874.
- The customer needs to preserve the original packaging and repack the product carefully in the same. The customer needs to share re-packing videos and images with the team on WhatsApp/mail. Once the re-packing is verified and approved by our team, return pick-up will be arranged. We do not accept return/exchange claims in case the customer fails to preserve and re-pack the product in its original packaging.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail/WhatsApp with videos. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days after quality clearance. If the product fails the quality inspection or is received in damaged condition, no refund will be processed.
While returning any product, we request the customer to take pictures and videos of the final packed product before handing it over to our logistics partner and email or WhatsApp the same to our customer service numbers.
Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition. You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.
For any complaints regarding breakage, we need pictures & a complete unboxing video within the first 24 hours of the product being delivered, so as to confirm it is defective or broken. Once the images & videos are verified, we will send you a free replacement of the product. No refunds are applicable.
- If the order is canceled by the customer before being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Customer needs to provide their bank account details for any refunds. The refund will be transferred to the bank account only.
- If the customer has requested for a specific delivery date or for delayed delivery, the order once placed cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
- Return Policy will be applicable once the product is shipped.
After the refund has been initiated by La Muse as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
- Store Credits - Fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation.
NEFT - Customer needs to provide their bank account details for any refunds. Refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner. The refund will be transferred to the bank account only. In case of any refund discrepancies; La Muse may at its sole discretion, may request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
The refund initiation time may vary as it also depends on the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a La Muse warehouse.
Note: La Muse will initiate the refund only when the returned item has reached us safely and it passes the quality inspection. In case the returned product is received in damaged condition or fails quality inspection, no refund will be provided.
